Prior to meeting with us, the clients had worked with an architect for two years on plans to remake their Spanish Mediterranean property into a stunning contemporary home. We collaborated with them to achieve it through a complete remodel, using an open concept with clean lines and incorporating several high-end interior and exterior design features. The plans required many adjustments and the clients trusted our 20-plus years of experience and James Lepak’s “pretty amazing” ideas and vision to make them all possible. “James is conscientious and takes each project to heart as if it were his own home,” they wrote us.
