These repeat JDCH clients requested a complete interior remodel plus exterior hardscape and landscape for their home in The Hunt Club, a renowned private community. To create effortless Provencal sophistication, we started with a large open concept, complete with soaring ceilings and hideaway floor-to-ceiling doors, allowing for a striking entrance and dramatic views. JDCH also designed and built a chef’s dream gourmet kitchen, luxe owners’ suite and oversized guest suites, entertaining bar, cinema, fitness center, activity room, and a perched study with fireplace, using refined materials throughout the home. Beautiful grounds, including a pool pavilion, entertainer’s yard, and garden leading to a picturesque equestrian trail, complete this custom estate and make it a rare gem.
