Previously, this client had contracted with James David Custom Homes to build a house for his daughter. At the close of escrow, he loved that the home inspection report found only one item that needed addressing—to him, that spoke volumes about the quality of construction and attention to detail JDCH builds into every home. As a highly successful J.D. Power and Associates executive, the client understood good customer service. It was a key factor in his hiring JDCH to remodel his own 4,900 square foot home in Coto de Caza. For the project, we demolished the house down to the studs and had our skilled craftsmen work closely with an interior designer to ensure no plan or elevation details would be missed. We’re proud to have had a chance to serve this family again. It was another case of building excellence together and creating even more JDCH customer satisfaction.
