This pair of repeat clients hired James David Custom Homes in 2015 to remodel their home and called in 2017 to upgrade it even more. Their project in Newport Beach’s exclusive Cliffhaven community was an extensive remodel that included room, pool and spa additions, the creation of a stunning 450 square foot loggia, and an exterior renovation. The husband spent a full year reviewing the design and plans before contacting us, to make sure of every detail before breaking ground. He and his wife didn’t want to compromise on any finishes or touches and always met with us to resolve potential issues early. The result? A mutually beneficial partnership and a great project outcome. JDCH was honored to be chosen for this remodel and to collaborate with such great people. The project design and execution made the room addition undetectable, and the overall remodel seamless and timeless.
