In the first phase of achieving their dream home, these clients asked James David Custom Homes to convert their backyard into a beautiful, resort-like oasis that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Facing delays with the city and challenging topography, our team dedicated itself to turning this ambitious vision into reality. We navigated every obstacle by being innovative and resourceful, tapping deep into our engineering expertise and working extensively with city contacts.

The highlight of this successful project is the breathtaking 360-degree vanishing edge pool, which is   complemented by luxury appliances, elegant porcelain paver decking and a cozy fire pit. We also incorporated vibrant RGBW LED strip lighting and a stylish wood plank TV wall for family gatherings. The resulting space is not only a stunning retreat but also a place where cherished memories can be made as our clients prepare for phase two of their home renovation.
