This project was for a repeat James David Custom Homes client who’d requested a walk-through on a home they intended to purchase in Nellie Gail. The purchase didn’t work out for them, but in the process, they discovered an abandoned, partly-constructed house in Newport Beach’s coveted Ports Street community. The client contracted us to demolish it to the ground and, in its place, build a two-story 5,500 square foot traditional Nantucket open concept indoor/outdoor home with a 1,500 square foot loggia. Our team worked hand in hand with our list of highly skilled subcontractors to bring this very complex, upscale, detailed home to life—and present our clients with a residence they’ll treasure as much as the location.
