To remodel their 5,000 square foot home, these clients contacted James David Custom Homes early on, so we could work alongside them and their architect to best determine layout, cost and other details. The entire project was thoroughly value-engineered to double-check the budget prior to submitting plans to the city of Laguna Niguel. Located in a gated tract home community, this project was ideal for a custom home transformation. The house metamorphosed from having a very closed off interior to a Tuscany style open concept, complete with stunning ocean views from the master bedroom and bathroom. The clients were so amazed and delighted with their new interior, they immediately contracted JDCH to remodel the exterior. As with many clients through the years, JDCH founder James Lepak has become friends with this family. He treasures his relationship with them as much as he does exceeding their expectations as a client.
