1,800 square foot addition and remodel

A well-known local architect referred this Ladera Ranch addition and remodel project to James David Custom Homes. The 1,800 square foot room addition alone was quite unique. Its design called for the house to be connected in a 360-degree fashion. Our team worked diligently and communicated constantly with the client during the project, since they were living onsite with school-age children who had busy schedules. We provided the family with a daily update that included all construction activities for the coming days and weekends. Happily, the clients were so pleased with our work, they decided to expand on the room addition and go for a complete remodel! JDCH worked closely with the designer to create an eclectic Colonial marvel with an indoor-outdoor look and feel. There were many challenges, including making sure the floors lined up perfectly with the new addition. Through innovative solutions and our constant commitment to excellence, we achieved success!
