Our client on this project worked extensively with a designer to craft plans for their dream home. James David Custom Homes was chosen to build it from the ground up. Collaborating with the client, we took the plans from concept to reality, starting from a bare plot of land and developing it step-by-step to reach the end goal: a lovely modern farmhouse with an open concept, complete with high-end finishes. To deliver the sophisticated touches the client desired, we partnered with them to make minor changes to their plans that ensured their complete satisfaction.
