A top-selling Orange County realtor contracted James David Custom Homes to transform this dated residence into a contemporary farmhouse with massive curb appeal—i.e., an irresistible “flip property.” JDHC collaborated with the client’s team to rework the plans and layout to craft an amazing custom home that would really speak to buyers. Since the project included an exterior renovation, we also worked closely with the homeowners association to ensure compliance with strict height and neighborhood construction guidelines and a smooth, predictable timeline. While there were numerous parties involved in this project and several changes along the way, we never compromised on the desired overall look and feel of this home—and stayed within budget to boot.
