Located in a gated community in San Juan Capistrano, this home originally tracked as “dual personality.” Its owners loved the Spanish exterior, but felt the modern interior was a mismatch. They engaged James David Custom Homes to bring the Spanish aesthetic indoors and harmonize the property’s overall look and feel. We reinvisioned the interior, worked through the design with our clients, and did a complete interior renovation. The renovation and carefully selected features created the environment our clients wanted and the interior/exterior harmony they’d imagined. We also upgraded the landscape and hardscape.
