The clients selected James David Custom Homes to do a first-ever remodel on this 1960s-era coastal property. They were excited to have us create an open concept that would showcase the home’s ocean view while providing a modern, clean aesthetic, since they were downsizing from a newer 8,500 square foot residence in Coto de Caza. Through design and layout, we brought their vision to life, transforming the 900 square foot Laguna Beach property into a modern style home that feels spacious, welcoming and high-end.
