In order to transform what was once a 1970s tract house into a custom showpiece, our James David Custom Homes team began by tearing the existing structure down to the studs, rafters and subfloor to create a blank canvas. Then, we painstakingly executed a redesign to create a contemporary Craftsman feel. The home now features an open floor plan and an array of high-end designer details. This project is a proud testament to our ability to address any challenge. Our clients lived in the home during the entire process and design aspects changed constantly, so modifications were often made on the fly. But the end result made it all worthwhile, because these JDCH clients got the home of their dreams.
