Our client, a young couple living in Belmont Shore, needed a larger home to accommodate their growing family. They hired James David Custom Homes to tear down a house they purchased in Seal Beach and build a gorgeous modern farmhouse in its place. We worked with them to create the custom home they envisioned for themselves and their children. Fine custom cabinets and a coffered ceiling enhanced the interior design, while must-have exterior features like an outdoor shower, backyard putting green and Tesla charging station made this build a perfect space for the couple to gather a lifetime of sweet memories.
